Dr. Tom was awarded the Dr. Mark Coates Award for excellence in the field of pediatrics upon graduation from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. He has continued his focus on children’s wellness through ongoing training in the biomedical treatment of Autistic Spectrum Disorders and in the full range of pediatric conditions such as asthma, ear infections, eczema, etc.
Medical Treatment of Autism
For over 30 years Biomedical treatments of autism and related disorders have been helping affected children to achieve their full potential. As a Defeat Autism Now (DAN) practitioner since 2008, Dr. Tom has extended training in the treatment of autism and is registered by the Autism Research Institute.
Biomedical treatment uses extensive scientific knowledge to determine which treatments have the most potential for success in your individual child. Advanced laboratory testing can be performed to guide treatment options such as: nutrition and supplements, dietary changes, detoxification, and immune system support.
These tools can be integrated with gentle hands-on techniques such as allergy desensitization (NAET) and craniosacral therapy to address the wide range of factors impacting your child’s health.

Trained in 2008, Dr. Tom has used Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique as a non-invasive and effective way to address common pediatric concerns ranging from eczema to behavioural issues such as ADHD. Learn more about how NAET can help.

Appointment Cancellation Policy – 48 Hours Notice Required
To help us serve all patients efficiently, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full appointment fee.
